Inova Staffing is seeking a CNC Lathe Programmer for a direct hire, first shift position in Solon, Ohio. The role involves hands-on programming for low-volume, high-precision aerospace parts, working closely with machining and setup teams in a climate-controlled shop.

You will create and modify CNC lathe programs with Mastercam, hand-edit G and M codes at the machine, and support setups, prove outs, and first-piece runs. A detail-oriented mindset and aerospace experience are highly valued.

Qualificações

• 2+ years Mastercam programming experience.
• Experience programming CNC lathes.
• Ability to hand edit G and M code.
• Background in CNC machining preferred.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T comprehension.
• Detail oriented mindset with focus on precision and error prevention.

Full Time, Direct Hire 1st Shift Solon, Ohio Our client is a high precision aerospace job shop looking to add a CNC Lathe Programmer to their team. This role supports low volume, high complexity work where accuracy, repeatability, and attention to detail are critical. Parts are small, geometrically complex, and require tight tolerance control.This is a hands on programming role that works closely with machining and setup teams in a clean, climate controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and modify CNC lathe programs using Mastercam

• Support CNC lathe setups, prove outs, and first piece runs
• Work from blueprints, models, and process documentation
