Position Overview

As a CNC Lathe Operator, you will play a critical role in machining high-quality components. This includes:

• Programming & Operation: Set up, program, and operate CNC lathes, including conversational programming directly at the machine.
• Quality Assurance: Verify machined components' quality using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Blueprint Reading: Interpret blueprints, specifications, and tolerances to ensure precision.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work independently and with the team to meet production goals, while maintaining strong communication.

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Range: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You Bring

• Experience: Prior experience operating a lathe in a manufacturing or job shop setting.
• Skills: Proficient in blueprint reading, measuring tools, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical Ability: Ability to stand, sit, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout a 10-hour shift.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
