Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and engineering drawings.
• Set up and operate machines, perform tool offsets and minor program changes.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and modify programs as needed.
• Understand tooling types such as index-able, carbide, and high-speed.
• Inspect workpieces for defects and measure components to ensure specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhere to safety procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines.
• Handle heavy loads using material handling equipment.
• Perform quality checks.

Key Requirements:

• Assembly experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, IFS, or similar software.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual tasks.
