Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking experienced CNC Lathe and Milling Operators in Billerica, MA to join a precision manufacturing team. The role offers first or second shift, with Fridays optional.

Qualifications

2+ years of CNC lathe and/or milling operation experience.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC lathes and/or CNC Milling to produce precision metal components.
Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.
Monitor machine operations and make minor adjustments as needed.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, indicators) to ensure quality standards.
Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
