Job summary

Blake Equipment, part of Headwater Companies in the United States, is seeking a CNC Operator with proficiency in CNC lathe and other machining equipment. You will maintain machinery, perform pipe threading, and handle material movement using forklifts and pallet jacks.

Expect to cut pipe to length and ensure quality per work orders. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, operating or learning CNC lathe threading, and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Good reading and writing skills are required.
• Able to read, understand, and calculate fractional dimensions.
• Ability to operate forklift/pallet jack safely and within guidelines.
• Able to communicate and work well with others.
• Experience operating CNC lathe and Band Saw.
• Ability to maintain and use precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and machinery.
• Pull parts for orders following SOPs.
• Learn procedures of running CNC lathe threading.
• Cut and process well casement pipe.
• Operate front end loader as needed.
