TURBOCAM International is seeking a Machinist to set up and operate live-tooling CNC lathes for prototype and production work. You will read blueprints, apply GD&T, and collaborate with engineers to meet exact specs and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of CNC lathe experience, a high school diploma or GED, and familiarity with MS Office; Epicor ERP experience is a plus. This is a second-shift role with a 15% differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years CNC lathe experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Working knowledge of GD&T and ASME Y14.5 standards.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; Epicor ERP is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate live-tooling CNC lathes for prototype and production work.
• Produce precision-machined components that meet exact quality and dimensional requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T requirements, and technical documentation.
• Inspect finished components using precision measuring tools.
• Collaborate with engineers, programmers, and machinists to identify tools and approaches.
• Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot concerns, and coordinate with Maintenance.
• Maintain fixtures, tooling, machine setups, and inspection documentation.
• Perform routine daily machine maintenance.
• Help maintain a clean, safe shop and coordinate shared equipment.
