Randstad Staffing is seeking a Direct Hire CNC Lathe Machinist for our Aerospace/Automotive manufacturing client in Blaine, MN. Schedule: Mon-Thu with OT on Fridays; 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Pay: $30-38 per hour. This is a direct hire, full-time position based in Blaine, MN.

Qualifications include CNC experience, familiarity with Makino and other brands, SolidWorks, and the ability to document first-time run details for repeats. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Experience working with quotes.
• Experience with Makino machines (A51NX, A55, A66) and other brands (Haas, Nakamura–Tome).
• SolidWorks experience.
• Under limited supervision, perform first-time-run-through on programs and document setup information for repeat runs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes and manage quoting process.
• Operate and set up CNC machines (Makino preferred) and related tooling.
• Document run procedures for repeatability and quality.

Responsibilities

• Experience working with quotes.
• Working experience and familiarity with Makino machines (Highly preferred) among other common brands (Makino A51NX, A55, A66 / Haas VF6, VF4, ST20 / SMEC SL2000 / Nakamura – Tome AS-200L) to name a few.
• SolidWorks experience.
• Under limited supervision, must be able to do first-time-run-through on his or her programs accurately and timely to ensure proper documentation and setup information for repeat runs.
