Key Responsibilities:

• As a skilled Machine Operator, you will program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce machine parts.
• Maintaining equipment and performing regular maintenance on machinery.
• Keeping detailed parts of records.
• Setting up equipment using the proper calibration measures.
• Participating in regular safety and training classes.
• Following all company policies and safety protocols.
• Studying blueprints and creating the design.

Qualified candidates will possess a combination of the following:

• 5+ years of experience as a machine operator, aerospace experience
• Proficiency in operating various power tools and manufacturing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols and guidelines.
• Solid understanding of production processes and safety regulations.
• Ability to work on Lathe and Mill Machine 2 Axis - HAAS / Y Axis - OKUMA
• Effective communication skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift/move heavy materials when required.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime as needed.
