Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer for an on-site role in Anaheim, CA. You will create and modify manufacturing programs to support production equipment and ensure stability across the line.

Collaborate with shop personnel, read technical drawings, and maintain documentation discipline while advancing manufacturing processes and tooling efficiency.

Qualifications

• Understand manufacturing operations and machining concepts.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience creating or modifying manufacturing programs using CAD/CAM tools.
• Familiar with supporting production environments and collaborating with operations.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain manufacturing programs using CAD/CAM software to support production equipment.
• Assist with equipment setup and initial production activities, including troubleshooting and program adjustments for stable operations.
• Develop and modify programs for various manufacturing processes and equipment types.
• Collaborate with shop personnel to improve and standardize processes, tooling, and methods.
• Maintain organized control of program files, models, documents, and related records per internal procedures.
• Support advanced machining activities in a modern manufacturing environment.
