What You'll Do

In this role, you’ll help mentor others in the manufacturing of high-quality, precision parts — from smaller chuck work up to 160″ long and 36″ in diameter — by creating CNC lathe programs using Mazatrol, identifying tooling needs, and maintaining precise inspection records. You’ll work in a clean, climate-controlled, well-equipped facility where your skill and attention to detail make a real impact. What You’ll Bring To The Table

• 5+ years of experience operating CNC Lathe machines - required.
• Proficient programming skills using Mazatrol - required.
• Prior experience mentoring others is a plus.
• Knowledge of Mastercam programming is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings.
• Ability to calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
• Ability to process precision parts from start to finish.
