Job summary

RiverCity Industries is seeking a reliable CNC Laser Operator to set up, operate, and monitor CNC laser cutting machines. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and meeting production goals while working a standard Monday–Friday schedule and upcoming schedule changes.

Ideal candidates have experience operating CNC laser equipment or strong related laser fabrication experience. This on-site position offers 1-hour lunch breaks, paid vacation after 1 year, and benefits after 90 days, with two shift

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC laser equipment and sheet metal fabrication is preferred.
• Ability to set up, operate, and monitor CNC laser cutting machines.
• Understanding of quality standards, safety protocols, and production goals.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC laser cutting machines for production runs.
• Operate CNC laser equipment and monitor performance.
• Ensure quality of finished parts and adherence to safety rules.
• Collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize throughput.

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated CNC Laser Operator to join our team. We are looking for either an experienced laser operator or someone who has previous experience operating CNC laser equipment and is eager to continue developing their skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC laser cutting machines while ensuring quality standards, safety requirements, and production goals are met.

Current shift is Monday - Friday : 8am to 5pm (1 hour lunch break)

Will be implementing our new schedule between now and next month.

First Shift

• Sunday–Tuesday: 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.


• Wednesday: 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.

Second Shift

• Wednesday: 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.


• Thursday–Saturday: 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

All shifts include 1 hour lunch break. All major holidays and benefits earned after 90 days. Paid vacation and sick 40 hours of each earned after 1 year anniversary of hire date.
