LeoForce in Pembroke, NH seeks a Laser Operator for our Suncook, NH facility. You will set up and operate CNC lasers to cut, etch, and pierce metal, following blueprints and production drawings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior CNC laser or metal-cutting machinery experience preferred.
• 1–2+ years in metal fabrication or industrial manufacturing.
• Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools.
• Ability to plan and sequence cutting operations independently.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC laser machines to cut, etch, and pierce metal materials.
• Plan and lay out cutting sequences using blueprints and production drawings.
• Select and install correct lenses and adjust machine settings for various material types.
• Align, fit, and rework parts that do not pass inspection.
• Inspect finished components using calipers, micrometers, and measuring tools.
• Perform routine maintenance and report machine malfunctions.
• Load and position sheet metal blanks, requesting assistance for heavy materials.
• Maintain clean and safe work area in accordance with company protocols.
