Qualifications

1–2+ years metal fabrication/industrial manufacturing experience.
Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Familiar with calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC laser machines to cut, etch, and pierce metal materials.
Plan and lay out cutting sequences using blueprints and production drawings.
Select and install lenses and adjust machine settings for materials and thicknesses.
Align, fit, and rework parts that do not pass inspection.
Inspect finished components using calipers, micrometers, and measuring tools.
Perform routine maintenance and report machine malfunctions.
Load and position sheet metal blanks and assist with heavy materials.
