G&W Products, an established Fairfield, Ohio manufacturer, is seeking a CNC Laser Operator to join the 1st shift. You will set up and operate CNC laser cutting equipment to produce precise components while upholding safety and quality standards.

As part of a team, you will load materials, adjust settings, monitor operations, inspect parts, and maintain production records to support efficient, high‑quality manufacturing across multiple facilities in Fairfield.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience operating CNC laser cutting machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints and using measurement tools.
• Working knowledge of safety standards and procedures for laser cutting operations.
• Mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting materials and standing for extended periods.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

Responsabilités

G&W Products is seeking an experienced CNC Laser Operator to join our first-shift manufacturing team in Fairfield, Ohio. In this hands‑on role, you will set up and operate CNC laser cutting equipment to produce precise, high‑quality components while supporting safe, efficient production.

Established in 1968, G&W Products provides contract metal manufacturing and fabrication services from three Fairfield facilities totaling 190,000 square feet. Our capabilities include metal stamping, laser cutting, fabrication, manual and robotic welding, tool and die production, and assembly for customers in construction, transportation, energy, defense, and other industries.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines according to job orders, blueprints, and technical documentation.

What You’ll Bring

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification or proven experience running CNC machine operation or laser cutting technology.
• Experience programming CNC laser machines
• Knowledge of metals, plastics, composites, and other materials used in laser cutting.
• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
