Job summary

Rand Machine Products is seeking a skilled CNC Integrex Machinist to operate and program multi-tasking machines, delivering precision components for aerospace and other critical applications. The role emphasizes accuracy, blueprint interpretation, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have Mazak Integrex/Mill-Turn experience, strong G-code and Mazatrol skills, and a proven ability to set up jobs with close tolerances across various materials, including

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Integrex Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and program CNC Integrex multi-tasking machines, which combine turning and milling capabilities, to produce precision components. Your expertise in CNC programming, blueprint reading, and mechanical knowledge will drive efficiency and quality in our production processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about machining, manufacturing, and continuous improvement to contribute to innovative projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Mazak Integrex or comparable Mill/Turn experience
• G-Code and Mazatrol knowledge.
• Programming and Set-Up of CNC machines based on print requirements and written instructions.
• Live tooling CNC Lathe Operation
• Be able to read blue prints
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience working with various materials including plastics.
• Experience working on Aerospace product with close tolerances

Desired Requirements

• Ability to perform complex setups on your own.
• Ability to perform tool selection, work holding, programming, and op sequencing for new jobs
• Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting on your own.
• Experience running CMM programs and setting up jobs for inspection
• Experience programming in G-Gode, Mazatrol, or Mastercam
• Experience running multi-axis CNC machines with complex offsetsMore than 10 years machining experience in an environment with close tolerance parts, preferably Aerospace
• Ability working with various materials and machine types
• CNC Machining training or certification
