Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; machining/CNC/tool-and-die program preferred.
• 2+ years CNC machining experience, preferably on horizontal machining centers.
• Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, feeds, and speeds.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

What You'll Do

• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment (6S standards)
• Take ownership of workmanship, inspection readiness, and compliance with safety and quality procedures

What You Need

• High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a machining, CNC, tool-and-die, or related technical program is preferred
• 2+ years of CNC machining experience, preferably on horizontal machining centers
• Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, feeds, and speeds
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Skilled in layout and fabrication practices including hole patterns, penetrations, bend lines, and complex assembly configurations
• Familiarity with precision measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience operating OKK or similar horizontal machining centers
