Prince Industries in Tampa, FL is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to setup and operate horizontal machining centers (Mori Seiki and Enshu) for aerospace and other precision work. You will read blueprints, interpret process plans, and work with Fanuc controls to ensure parts meet exact specifications.

Responsibilities include editing and troubleshooting programs, using precision inspection tools, and completing required paperwork.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret process plans to determine machining requirements.
• Edit and troubleshoot CNC programs for process improvements.
• Utilize inspection instruments to check work per print.
• Complete job paperwork including part identification and logs.

Job Summary

Manufacturing Precision Metal Products on CNC Machining Centers. Qualified to Setup and Operate Horizontal Machining Centers manufactured by Mori Seiki and Enshu. Machining metallic and nonmetallic workpieces for the Aerospace Industry by performing the following duties.

• Certified Training - ISO 9001 & AS9100
• Certified Training - ASME Y14.5 GD\u0026T Standards.
• 5 Years - Setup and Operating Horizontal Machining Centers
• 5 Years - Precision CNC Machining
• Experience with Fanuc Controls

Physical Job Requirements

• Regularly required to stand and reach the duration of shift, 8 hours.
• Occasionally required to walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or bend.
• Frequently required to perform repetitive or short-cycleswork.
• Regularly lift, push, or pull up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Strong work ethic: Willing to work OT to meet tight deadlines as needed.
• Understands andobservesall necessary safety procedures: safety glasses, shoes, ear protection, machine interlocks, lifting guidelines, etc. asdesignatedin specific work area assigned.

Compensation

$26 - $32 per hour
