Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior machining experience required.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Experience with precision measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Receives work assignment, interprets process drawings, selects tools, sets up, loads programs and monitors machining requirements.
• Selects fixtures and tools, loads pieces, operates machine, and adjusts as needed to meet tolerances.
• Monitors speeds, feeds, cycles, and quality, edits programs when required, and ensures safe operation.
