Responsibilities

• Verify part counts and specifications before starting production.
• Quality Control
• Perform and approve first-piece inspections before production begins.
• Continuously monitor parts during production using gages, comparators, and other precision tools.
• Ensure all parts meet specified order requirements and quality standards.
• Production Support
• Log setup and operation times in SAP or related systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment and production issues as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school coursework preferred.
• Competency in basic mathematics, blueprint reading, and measurement.
