Job summary

Employ-Temps is seeking a reliable Machine Operator in Macedonia, OH to operate forming and CNC trimming machinery, perform quality inspections, and complete required documentation. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and adherence to production standards within a full-time, day-shift schedule.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, with a raise to $18.00 per hour after hire-in, and a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM shift.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, work orders, and basic drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate forming and CNC trimming machinery to meet daily production goals
• Perform in-process and final quality inspections, including first piece submissions to Quality Control
• Review and complete required documentation such as work orders, instructions, and drawings
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety and PPE guidelines
• Verify materials, components, and packaging match job specifications
• Communicate quality or production issues promptly to leads and supervisors
• Support scrap reduction efforts and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Follow emergency shutdown procedures and general production protocols
