Qualifications

• U.S. person status for ITAR compliance — non-negotiable
• Broad hands-on maintenance across electrical, plumbing, compressed air, HVAC, and mechanical
• Fabrication ability — design and build fixtures, racks, or equipment from scratch
• Ability to read schematics and equipment manuals and troubleshoot methodically
• Self-starter who identifies and fixes problems without being assigned them
• Comfortable working around industrial chemicals with proper PPE
• Willingness to work overtime when equipment is down or the schedule requires it

Responsibilities

• Building and facilities maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building repair
• Plating and electroforming line support with tanks, pumps, filtration, rectifiers and power supplies
• Design and build fixtures, tooling, and equipment for production needs
• Hands-on production support projects including equipment installation and layout improvements
• Maintenance on CNC machines — mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems
• Diagnose and fix issues and restore service quickly
• Vendor coordination with outside contractors and scheduling
• Spares and consumables management and inventory tracking
• Documentation of maintenance and preventive maintenance schedules
• Machine operation when needed to support production
• Safety and housekeeping compliance on the floor
