Job summary

Fedco USA in Monroe, MI is seeking an Intermediate Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines, facility systems, and related equipment to keep operations safe and efficient.

You will perform preventive maintenance, install and commission new equipment, and respond to maintenance needs across the facility with strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or 3–5 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with related equipment and maintenance tools listed in the ad.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Inspects equipment, checks operating condition, and logs repairs that are needed.
• Performs maintenance jobs as requested.
• Performs routine preventive maintenance as needed.
• Installs new equipment and assists with wiring for changes and additions to the facility.
• Completes welding assignments.
• Follows safety rules and procedures and operates equipment safely.
• Updates equipment maintenance records as appropriate.
