Job summary

Olsten in Lamar, SC is seeking a dependable CNC Machine Operator/Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. You will operate CNC machinery, read blueprints, set up machines, and inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met in a fast-paced production environment.

This full-time, on-site role offers a pay rate of $21.00 per hour, a schedule of Monday through Thursday nights (4:30 PM–3:00 AM), potential overtime on Fridays, and three-day weekends each week.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machine operating experience preferred.
• Fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure and other measuring instruments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery to manufacture parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Set up and make adjustments to machines as needed.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Use measuring tools, hand tools, and fabrication equipment.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping duties.
• Follow all safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
• Work efficiently to meet production goals.
