Job summary

Synstack Technologies is seeking a CNC Fabrication Engineer to lead manufacturing schedules, support process development, validation, and change management across assigned projects. You will apply your experience to meet objectives within timelines and coordinate with teams to drive successful automation initiatives.

You will program 5- and 6-axis DMG, Mazak, and Haas centers, interpret mechanical drawings, and train technicians on products and equipment.

Qualifications

• CNC Machinist certification or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years in engineering, quality, or production/manufacturing operations.
• Strong ability to read, interpret mechanical diagrams and develop fixtures and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Design for automated welding work cells and components.
• Perform CNC processes for build content and tooling.
• Program Haas, Mazak and other CNC machines as required.
• Develop and interpret drawings for fixtures, End of Arm tooling and jigs.
• Travel up to 20% to client sites for system integration.
