Job summary
Griffin Associates in Gadsden, Alabama is looking for Entry Level CNC Machinists eager to grow their skills. Ideal candidates will have CNC machinist skills from tech school and be willing to learn to set up and operate HAAS, Doosan, and Mori Seiki machines.
The role includes reading blueprints, performing quality checks, and operates in a friendly environment. Start pay is based on experience, and shifts include both daytime and nighttime options. This position offers weekly pay.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate from a technical school with CNC Machinist skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints for specifications.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments for quality checks.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate parts as per specifications.
- Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments.
- Learn G&C Codes for machining operations.

Will train and use the following CNC Machines: HAAS, Doosan, and Mori Seiki Machines.
Read blueprints for specifications. Load material and perform quality checks.
Friendly Environment.
PAID WEEKLY
Start Pay Depends on Experience
Shift 1: 6am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. Shift 2: 3:30pm to 2:30am, Monday to Thursday.
Overtime: NOT Many Saturdays. NO SUNDAYS.
Lift: 20 to 30 lbs.
- Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine machining operations.
- Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments.
- G&C Codes.
