• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Strong hands-on expertise in CNC machining.
• Experience with NPI and production/sustaining environments.
• Ability to mentor and develop a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers and technical specialists.
• Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining operations.
• Oversee CNC machining processes (milling, turning, lathes) in a regulated environment.
• Partner on new business quoting, DFM, and customer engagement.
• Help shape site strategy, capital investments, and long-term growth.
