Job summary

Beretta USA Corp. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for a weekend shift at our Gallatin, TN facility. The role focuses on electrical and mechanical repairs to CNC equipment, heat treatment and surface finishing lines, and general facility maintenance.

The technician will perform preventive maintenance and respond to daily work orders, ensuring uptime and safe operations in a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years’ experience repairing CNC horizontal mills, vertical mills, lathes and grinders.
• Read and understand electrical, electronic, and mechanical schematics and drawings.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment with minimum supervision.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
• Lockout/Tagout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Electrical: Troubleshoot and repair CNC mills, lathes and grinders, including CNC controls, drives, motors and related components.
• Mechanical: Repair mechanical components such as ballscrews, bearings, spindles, gearboxes and related systems.
• Welding/fabrication: MIG, TIG, Stick and Plasma cutting as needed.
• Plumbing: Install piping, fittings, valves and pumps.
• Move and relocate CNC equipment as required.
