Job summary

CustomPersonnel's client is seeking a CNC Drafter for their fabrication company. You will draft parts and operate the equipment that makes them, combining CAD proficiency with hands-on machining.

Those experienced with CAD will be trained on company products, the fabrication process, and how to operate the equipment. Those experienced with CNC need some CAD knowledge and will be taught the rest. Metal fabrication experience and 3D printing knowledge are both a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with CAD/CAM drafting is preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills are important.
• Ability to operate fabrication equipment after training.

Responsibilities

• Draft parts and assist with CNC setup and operation.
• Support fabrication processes and quality checks.
• Learn company products and fabrication workflow during training.
