Responsibilities

Direct the workflow from laser cut to final precision bend.
Review blueprints and CAD drawings for accuracy.
Oversee selection of tooling and dies for armor steel.
Manage maintenance program for CNC equipment.
Monitor quality control using calipers and squares.
Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance.
