Job summary

Dexter Group in Indiana seeks a skilled CNC Machinist to operate several CNC machines in a cell environment, perform offsets, changeovers, and ensure quality parts. The role includes training new employees, maintaining a clean, safe workspace, and following all company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with basic training in operation of machinery.
• Experience with CNC machining and reading work instructions is essential.
• Prior exposure to robot operations is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Operate several CNC machines in a cell environment.
• Perform offsets, changeovers, gauging, and readings.
• Ensure completion of job cards for all assigned work.
• Train new employees and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Follow all company policies and procedures and assist where needed.
