Job summary

Dexter/DexKo is seeking a CNC Operator to run multiple CNC machines in a cell environment and contribute to quality through precise offsets and measurements. You will train new employees, ensure accurate job cards, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

The role requires reading instructions, passing training, and complying with safety policies; prior CNC experience is preferred. Dexter/DexKo offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related training or 1–3 months experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate machinery and material handling equipment; pass required training tests.
• Able to read and understand work instructions and use measurement tools with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate several CNC machines simultaneously in a cell environment.
• Change inserts and make offsets, gauge, and record readings.
• Ensure completion of job cards for all assigned work.
• Train new employees.
• Maintain clean and safe work area; follow safety procedures.
• Move parts between conveyors, machines and pallets; operate stud press machine.
• Follow all company policies and procedures and perform other duties as directed.
