rms Company, a Cretex Medical company, is seeking a CNC Lead to coordinate a cellular work team in a manufacturing environment, executing production schedules and ensuring material availability.

You will lead, train, and develop personnel, monitor quality, and ensure adherence to schedules and procedures. The role includes a $3/hour premium for cell lead duties and requires CNC and machining experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Five years related experience.
• Scheduling experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of industry, machinery, equipment, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employees, equipment, and materials/supplies to have continuous and efficient production.
• Ensure orders are completed on time and meet the quality standards.
• Train and develop personnel.
• Ensure employee compliance with schedules, policy, and procedures.
