Responsibilities

• Locate and ensure correct material is used for each production run.
• Setup the brake press machine.
• Ensure nesting program is inputted correctly into CNC
• Read blueprints of the part to ensure the nesting program matches the work order
• Ensure that the correct gas, speed, and consumables are applied correctly.
• Convey projected production time until completion
• Ensure quality by inspecting parts.
• Stage future job orders correctly after use.
• Maintain a clean working environment

Minimum Requirements

• 2 years with Brake Press operation (ideally:AMADA, CINCINNATI, TRUMPF, etc.)
• Knowledge of various vises to clamp for each work order
• General knowledge of plate bending operation.
• Must be able to read blueprints of parts
• Use calipers, micrometers, and a tape measure
• English/Spanish dual-languageis preferred, but not necessary

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 100lbs
