UE Manufacturing is hiring a CNC Brake Operator located at 10000 NW 2nd, Oklahoma City, OK 73127. The role involves operating CNC laser (burn table), press brake, and tubing benders to cut, press, sculpt, and finish metal.

Responsibilities
  1. Operate CNC machines and burn tables to produce machined parts.
  2. Review and understand specifications from 3D CAD blueprints, mechanical drawings, and job orders.
  3. Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto machines.
  4. Conduct test runs to ensure outputs meet specifications.
  5. Set machines for full production cycles.
  6. Supervise machine operations and make adjustments as needed.
  7. Inspect and measure finished products to ensure quality.
  8. Perform daily maintenance on machinery.
  9. Train new operators as necessary.
  10. Maintain a strong safety culture.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Proficient in electronics, machine tools, and metal fabrication.
  • Strong reading comprehension and math skills, including algebra, trigonometry, and physics.
  • Willingness to learn new techniques and programs.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and proper PPE usage.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED; associate’s degree in CNC programming, technical, or mechanical field preferred.
  • CNC certification from an accredited technical school is a plus.
