Mid-State Sales is seeking individuals to train on CNC tube bending equipment and manufacture precision hydraulic tube assemblies for industrial and OEM customers.

No prior CNC experience required; we provide training and emphasize a strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Candidates from manufacturing, automotive, construction or maintenance backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

• Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, angle gauges and other tools.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards.
• Load material and monitor machine operation.
• Make basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot production issues.
• Keep equipment clean and perform routine maintenance.

Are you mechanically inclined? Do you enjoy working with tools, building things, or figuring out how machines work?

You don't need previous CNC tube bending experience to be successful in this role.

At Mid-State Sales, we're looking for people with a strong work ethic, basic mechanical ability, and solid math skills. If that's you, we'll teach you everything else—from reading blueprints and measuring parts to programming and operating our CNC tube bending equipment.

Whether you've worked in manufacturing, automotive repair, construction, maintenance, welding, or simply enjoy working with your hands, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Manufacture precision hydraulic tube assemblies for industrial and OEM customers.

• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Make basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot production issues.
• Keep equipment clean and perform routine maintenance.
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to continuously improve our processes.
