GPAC (Growing People and Companies) seeks a hands-on CNC Applications Engineer to install, commission, and support CNC grinding machines at customer facilities across North America. You will develop and optimize grinding applications and processes, provide operator training, and demonstrate capabilities on-site.

This role requires up to 70% travel and frequent collaboration with customers, distributors, and internal teams.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience with CNC machine tools including programming, applications, installation, or training.
• CNC grinding experience or exposure to precision machining preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with shop equipment and precision measuring tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and develop practical solutions independently.
• Comfortable presenting technical information and training customers in both individual and group settings.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and other standard business software.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers, distributors, and internal teams.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Experience conducting time studies and documenting processes is a plus.

Travel Requirement: Up to 70%
