Job summary

Du Quoin Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is hiring compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time day and night shifts. Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and ambulation.
• Obtain and document vital signs as assigned.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Work alongside nurses and other care team members.
• Provide care while preserving residents' dignity and independence.

Compensation Details

• +$2.00/hour Night Shift Differential
• +$2.00/hour Weekend Differential

Competitive CNA Pay

$18.00–$24.50/hour based on verified years of experience

• Less than 1 Year – $18.00
• 1 Year – $19.50
• 2 Years – $20.50
• 3 Years – $21.50
• 4 Years – $22.50
• 5 Years – $23.50
• 6+ Years – $24.50
