Job summary

Carrier Mills Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team on full-time evening shift. Join a supportive team where you can make a difference in the lives of our residents every day.

Schedule: Full-Time, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Every Other Weekend Required. Compensation: $18.00–$24.50 per hour with a $2.00/hour weekend differential and annual performance review opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification recognized in Illinois.
• Dependable and team-oriented professional.
• Compassionate, resident-focused caregiver.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide compassionate and respectful resident care.
• Work alongside nurses and other members of the care team.
• Help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
• Report changes in resident condition as appropriate.
