Job summary

Williamsport Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a CNA-I to join a caring team in Williamsport, MD. You will deliver individualized care according to residents' plans, assist with daily activities, mobility, meals, and monitoring health status.

You will work with nurses and the broader team to ensure high-quality care, a safe living environment, and engagement in social activities, making a meaningful difference each day.

Qualifications

• Active certification as a CNA-I in Maryland.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care to residents according to each resident’s plan of care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding residents as needed.
• Assist residents with mobility, including transferring and positioning safely.
• Monitor health status and vital signs and report changes to the nurse.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized living environment for residents.
• Perform other duties to provide exceptional care to residents.

• Base pay that commensurate with experience, plus shift differential for all three shifts
• $10,000 retention bonus for eligible full-time hires
