Golden Healthcare Services Inc is seeking a compassionate CNA/HHA to join our growing team in Chicago, IL. This role focuses on providing hands-on personal care and supporting patients and families with dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or HHA (Home Health Aide) certification in Illinois.
• Previous experience in home health, long-term care, or related healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of patient care techniques and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Monitor and report changes in patient health, behavior, or condition to supervising staff
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional monitoring
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe, clean patient environment
• Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families
