Job description

The CNA 2 performs basic nursing tasks, providing quality care to children and assisting with activities of daily living under the supervision of a licensed nurse (RN or LPN).

Required Qualifications:

• Completion of an Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) recognized Acute Care CNA 2 course or equivalent education/experience
• Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association upon hire
• Criminal background check in accordance with the Department of Human Services (DHS) requirements upon hire

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience as a CNA 2
