Qualifications

• Active Utah CNA certification in good standing.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Capable of independent decision making when required.
• Knowledge of medical and nursing practices and procedures.
• Understanding of long-term care laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Answer call lights to determine resident needs.
• Turn and reposition residents in bed.
• Provide physical support for activities of daily living.
• Review dietary restrictions and preferences to tailor meals.
• Record intake/output and report changes to nursing staff.
