Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and meals.
• Support hygiene, feeding, and mobility needs.
• Monitor and report health issues to supervising nurse.
• Document food and fluid intake and observation notes.
• Help with feeding and nutritional supplementation when needed.
• Maintain clean, tidy resident areas and transport residents safely.
• Assist nurses and staff and follow facility policies.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local requirements and keep data confidential.
