Qualifications

• Current and valid CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including meals, hygiene, mobility, and hydration.
• Observe residents and report health changes to the supervising nurse.
• Document food and fluid intake and monitor nutrition.
• Assist with feeding and nutritional supplements as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms and beds.
• Transport residents within the facility as required.
• Support nursing staff and other team members.
• Follow facility policies and procedures and uphold regulations.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and data security.
• Ensure safety and dignity during all care activities.

LEBANON NORTH NURSING & REHAB, located in Lebanon, Missouri is currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team!! FT and PT Positions Available Sign on Bonus for eligible applicants

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• – Assist Residents with daily living activities, to include, delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift
• – Help Residents with personal hygiene
• – Observe Residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
• – Document Resident food and fluid intake
• – Assist Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements
• – Making the Resident’s beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy
• – Transport Residents within the facility
• – Assist nurses and other staff as needed
• – Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures
• – Abide by all federal, state and local requirements and standards
• – Maintain the confidentiality of all Residents and Facility data
