Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Support residents with eating, hydration, and nutrition needs.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Provide companionship and encourage participation in activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control procedures.
