Pathways Hospice in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide quality supportive care within hospice, palliative, and home care settings.
Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Must hold a Colorado CNA license and CPR certification. Pay range is $19.34–$23.73 per hour with benefits including health insurance, PTO, HSA, 401(k) match, and education reimbursement.

The Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) provides quality supportive and skilled care within their scope of practice to promote comfort and dignity for patients in the hospice care, palliative care and/or home care setting. Represents agency positivity and upholds positive public relations with patients, families and facility staff. The Certified Nursing Assistant is able to work with neonates through geriatrics.
