The Denver Hospice is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Palliative team. This full-time role includes weekday schedule with on-call rotation, collaborating with the IDT to deliver compassionate hospice and palliative care.
The successful candidate will evaluate patients, develop care plans, prescribe medications, and coordinate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure comfort and quality of life for our patients and families.

Status: Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-5, on-call rotating basis
PAY RANGE: $121,638 - $142,209 annually
SUPPLEMENTAL PAY:Based on position, schedule and/or availability:Paid Mileage/Shift Differentials/Stipends
MILEAGE AND EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT:Sixty-two and a half cents per mile - one of the highest in the industry!
Responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients in the hospice, palliative and/or home health programs. The Nurse Practitioner functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team/Group (IDT/IDG) and collaborates closely with the Medical Director/Chief Medical Officer, physicians, nurses and other health care professionals.
