Phoenician HomeCare is hiring compassionate In-Home Caregivers/CNAs to support seniors in the North Valley and surrounding Phoenix metro areas, including Scottsdale, Carefree, Cave Creek, and Fountain Hills. Roles offer flexible scheduling with a minimum of 4-hour shifts and reliable shifts in a locally operated agency.

We provide training, development opportunities, and a supportive office team. Weekly pay and incentives are available; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude required.
• Availability for daytime and/or overnight shifts.
• Ability to work at least 4-hour blocks.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Prior caregiving (or similar) experience preferred.
