Laurel Meadows Wellness & Rehabilitation is actively seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in St. Charles, Missouri.

We offer full-time and part-time roles with weekend shifts and a $750 sign-on bonus, plus daily pay options for added financial flexibility. Whether experienced or newly certified, you will provide direct resident care, assist with ADLs, monitor changes, and support a safe, resident-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• SNF or Long-Term Care experience preferred, but not required.
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills.
• Compassionate attitude and excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct resident care in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs.
• Complete resident rounds at the beginning of shift and every 2 hours.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with meal service, hydration, and resident comfort.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident rooms and common areas.
• Support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
