Laurel Meadows Wellness & Rehabilitation in St. Charles, Missouri, is seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team.

We offer a $750 sign-on bonus for full-time roles and daily pay, with opportunities for growth in long-term care, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing. Responsibilities include direct resident care, assisting with ADLs, responding to calls, and maintaining safe, clean environments.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri CNA certification required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care per individualized care plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs.
• Complete resident rounds at shift start and every 2 hours.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.

CNA Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care in accordance with individualized care plans

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs

• Complete resident rounds at the beginning of shift and every 2 hours

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff

• Assist with meal service, hydration, and resident comfort

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident rooms and common areas

• Support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect

• Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

CNA Qualifications

• Active Missouri Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care experience preferred, but not required

• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills

• Compassionate attitude and excellent communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
